童心中校2024年秋季学期招生通知
童心艺术中文学校2024年秋季学期将于9月15日开学， 至12月15日结束，本学期共有14周，其间将在12月1日感恩节放假。全部上课时间在星期日下午1:15至5:15之间。2024年秋季学期将开设中文、美术、奥数、音乐、国际象棋及英文写作等共15个班，全部课程安排如下：
其它费用：
1、本学期各班学杂费$30 (包括除中文全套教材外的各类辅助材料、练习册、学习卡片、各类画纸、美工材料、绘画用具、象棋用品及演出服装等) ，及中文班需交马立平中文全套教材费$60，K班$53（在8月15日前购买为团购价）。

2、新学生首次报名需交注册费$25 (一次性费用。包括童心中校专用书包等）。
本期优惠：
1、报名2门及以上课程的家庭，有5%的优惠
（$380x2x0.95=$722)（$380x3x0.95=$1083)
（$380x4x0.95=$1444）以此类推
2、如在2024年6月25日之前正式报名交费可免学杂费。
3、如在2024年8月15日之前正式报名交费，教材费为团购价。
4、已在我校入学超过一年的学生，本学期如有请假，报一门课能有一次课时算作credit自减$25。两年以上的老学生报一门课最多有两次请假可作为下学期的课时credit自减$50。报两门课的老学生最高credit共计$100。但学校不会因学生请假退学费。
报名方式：
1、我校从2024年5月12日开始接受已在校的老学生报名。2024年6月1日开始对外招收新学生。为了规范管理，以后每年的秋季学期都需要学生家长填写年度注册表（老学生在春
季学期不必再填表登记）。
2、Zelle网上付学费，请连同电子版报名注册表发至财务邮箱。Zelle支付信息里务必要注明学生的英文全名及班级（需与报名表内信息一致）。学校名称：“Fine Arts Chinese School Inc”财务邮箱： “mfacs2023@gmail.com”

注意事项：
1、以上各班收费标准为至少4名学生一个班，如果少于4个学生将增加学费或取消班级。
2、我们中校可以允许新学生免费听一次课。三种方式：
（1）提前预约在上学期试听一次课，满意再报名下个学期的课程。
（2）本期按学校规定报名交费后，如果上了第一堂课觉得不合适，学校只扣除$25注册费外退全部学费教材费(但第一堂课时不可以用新教材，愿意继续学习才可以使用教材)。
（3）开学第一天直接来试上一堂课，觉得合适再正式报名交费。但需要多交$35的学杂费，及自行购买中文教材。而且如果所报班级在开学前名额已满，试课会取消。
3、如果学生已开始上第二次课程，之后因各种情况要在中途退学，已交的学费不会退还。除非是因为举家搬迁的原因，可与校董会协商处理。

Fine Arts Chinese School Fall 2024
Semester Enrollment Notice
Madison Fine Arts Chinese School 2024 Fall semester will begin on September 15 and end on December 15, 2024. This semester consists of a total of 14 weeks, with Thanksgiving break scheduled for December 1st. All classes are held on Sunday afternoons between 1:15 and 5:15 PM. The fall semester of 2024 will offer a total of 15 classes including Chinese, Fine Arts, Math Olympiad, Music, Chess, and English Reading & Writing.

Additional fees:
1. There is $30 miscellaneous fee for each signed-up class, covering all the additional learning materials not included in the Chinese textbook packet, assignment books, flash cards, various art papers, art materials, drawing supplies, chess supplies and performance costumes etc.
There is a group-discounted textbook packet price of $60 for each Chinese class for the complete set of MaLiping Chinese textbook packet, $53 for K class. (Note: The group-discounted price is only valid for orders placed through MFACS before August 15.)

2. There is a one-time registration fee of $25 upon initial enrollment for new student. This fee covers a MFACS-dedicated school backpack.
Current promotions:
1. There is 5% discount for families that register for a total of 2 or more classes:
($380x2x0.95=$722) （$380x3x0.95=$1083）（$380x4x0.95=$1444）etc.
2. The miscellaneous fee is waived if register and pay tuitions before June 25, 2024.
3. The group-discounted textbook packet price is only valid for registration with paid tuition before August 15, 2024.
4. Students who have enrolled in our school for more than one year can apply one leave of absence from last semester as $25 tuition credit toward Fall 2023 registration. Students who enrolled for one class and studied for more than two years can apply up to two leave of absences as tuition credit ($50). Students who enrolled for two classes can apply up to four leave of absences credit ($100) toward Fall 2024 registration. The school will not refund tuition due to leave of absence.

1. Our school is accepting registrations from returning students starting May 12, and open to public registration starting from June 1st 2024. Current regulation requires that every registered student must submit the annual registration form (link at the end of this page) during every Fall semester. (No need to re-submit during the Spring semester for current students).
2. Online payment via. Zelle: Please send your payment screenshot together with a completed digital registration form to the Zelle email below. Please write your student’s English full name(s) and registered class(es) in the note of Zelle payment (must be in accordance with information in your registration form).

4. If register after June 26, 2024, please contact Principle Huang by Wechat (Chinese) to check for class availability. (Miscellaneous fee of $35 is required at that time). If register and pay after August 15, 2024, the school may need to order additional textbook packet for you, and the individual order price will apply. (Refer to the textbook packet fee links above for details.)

Notes:
1. The tuition above is based on a minimum of 4 students per class. Classes with less than 4 students may be canceled or applied with higher tuition fees.
2. We offer a free trial class to new student under one of the following methods:
(1) Contact the school to attend a free trial class in previous semester, then register for next semester if satisfied with the class.
(2) If you have registered and paid the full tuition, but withdraw after attending the first class, the school will refund the entire payment minus $25 administrative fee. (Note that the textbook packet must not be opened/used during the first free trial class unless you decide to continue for the rest of the semester.)
(3) Come directly to the first class of the new semester for a trial. If decide to continue, you may register onsite and submit payment for the tuition plus $30 miscellaneous fee on the first day of class. Note that in this case you will need to purchase the textbook packet by yourself. (Refer to the textbook packet fee links in Additional fees.) If the class is fully registered, we will cancel the free-trial offer for this class.
3. After the second class started, all tuition and fees are non-refundable. Exceptions may include family relocation during the semester. Please contact the principal to discuss arrangements.
