Madison Fine Arts Chinese School Fall 2019 semester will begin on September 15^th and end on December 15^th, 2019. There will be no class on November 24^th for Thanksgiving break. All classes are held on Sunday afternoons between 1:15 and 5:15.

The following is the schedule for all the classes offered in the Fall 2019:

Additional fees:

1、The textbook fee for Chinese classes is $50, $43 for Chinese K, and $10 for AP class.

2、There is a $25 miscellaneous fee for each class, which includes additional learning materials such as exercise books, flash cards, art materials and others.

Discounts:

1、There is a 5% discount for families who register for a total of 3 classes ($280 x 3 x 0.95 = $798) and 10% discount for families who register for a total of  4 classes ($280 x 4 x 0.90 = $1008).

2、$25 miscellaneous fee will be waived for all registrations, including payment, that are received before August 26^th, 2019. (Note: textbook fee cannot be waived, except for those who have purchased them elsewhere or for students repeating grade).

Registration:

1、You may register on the last day of 2019 Spring Semester, May 12^th 2019 and submit your registration fee. New students will need to complete and submit a registration form (link below).

Once confirmed, parents may bring the student(s) on the first day of class, September 15^th, 2019 and submit the registration form and/or fees at that time.

Attention:

1. The tuition above is based on a minimum of 4 students per class (or a minimum of 3 students for Chinese 8 and higher grade). If there are less than 4 students enrolled, the school may either increase tuition fee or cancel the class.

2. A miscellaneous fee of $25 is required if registering after August 26^th. Additionally, if the school has to order the textbooks separately due to late registration, the textbook fee is $65 ($55 for Chinese K and $15 for Chinese AP).

3. Students may attend the first class for free under the following conditions:

(1) If the student has registered and paid prior to August 26^th and decides to withdraw after attending the first class, the school will refund the entire payment minus $10 administrative fee. Note that if trying the first class for free, the student should not use the textbooks during the first class; only use the textbooks if planning to continue for the rest of the semester.

(2) Prior to registering and payment, students may attend the first class of the semester as trial. If the student decides to continue, then the student may register and submit payment for the tuition and $25 miscellaneous fee on the first day of class. Note that the student will need to order the textbooks for him/herself.

4. Tuition and fees are non-refundable. Special arrangement may be made with the school for circumstances such as family relocation or notification to the school prior to the start of the semester.
