童心中校2026年春季学期招生通知
童心艺术中文学校2026年春季学期将于1月11日开学， 至5月17日结束，其间将在3月29日（春假）和4月5日（复活节）放假。
本学期共19周，其中17周上课，每门课程总课时为34课时（比上学期多8课时）。所有课程均安排在星期日下午1:15至5:15之间进行。
2026年春季学期将开设各级中文、奥数竞赛、国际象棋、美术书法等共13个班级。具体课程安排如下：
其它费用：
1、本学期各班学杂费30元 （包括除中文全套教材外的各类辅助材料、练习本、小奖品、学习卡片、美术用品、象棋用品及演出服装等）。
2、新学生首次报名需交注册费$25 （一次性费用，包括童心中校专用书包等）。
3、新生报名中文班需交马立平中文全套教材费团购价$60，K班$53，AP班$90一套。（春季学期只有新生需购买中文教材。）

2、老学生如在2025年12月22日前正式报名交费可免学杂费。
3、新学生如在2025年12月30日前正式报名交费可免学杂费，教材费为团购价。但新生注册费不可免。
4、老学生本学期如有请假，新学期报一门课能有一次课时算作credit自减$25，两门课减$50；连续在我校学习两年以上的老学生报一门课最多有两次请假可作为下学期的课时credit自减$50。报两门课的老学生最高credit共计$100。但学校不会因学生请假退学费。
报名方式：
1、我校从2025年12月10日开始接受老学生报名。老学生无需填写报名表，如用支票付学费，可以在本学期最后一次课时（12月14日），直接到学校前台交给校管刘国鑫老师。请在支票上注明学生的英文全名和班级。如需申请credit 须打印请假截图证明。
2、Zelle网上付学费，请家长务必要注明学生的英文全名和班级。如需申请credit 须提交请假截图至财务邮箱，并向财务老师杨帆会计说明以便审核。

Fine Arts Chinese School Spring 2026 Semester Enrollment Notice
Madison Fine Arts Chinese School 2026 Spring semester will begin on January 11th and end on May 17th, with Spring break and Easter break scheduled for March 29th and April 5th.
The Spring semester consists of a total of 19 weeks, with 17 weeks of instructions. Each class has 34 hours (8 hours more than the Fall semester). All classes are held on Sunday afternoons between 1:15 and 5:15 PM.
In Spring 2026 we will offer a total of 13 classes including Chinese, Math Olympiad, Chess, and Fine Arts & Calligraphy. Please refer to the following course schedule:
Additional fees:
1. There is $30 miscellaneous fee for each signed-up class, covering all the additional learning materials not included in the Chinese textbook packet, such as assignment books, prizes, various art supplies, chess supplies and performance costumes etc.
2. There is a one-time registration fee of $25 upon initial enrollment for new student. This fee covers an MFACS-dedicated school backpack.
3. There is a group-discounted price of $60 for the MaLiping Chinese textbook packet, $53 for K class, and $90 for the AP class. (Note: Only new students enrolling in the Spring semester need to purchase the Chinese textbook packet.)

Current promotions:
1. There is 5% discount for families that register for a total of 2 or more classes:

2. The miscellaneous fee is waived for returning students if register and pay tuitions on or before December 22nd, 2025.
3. The miscellaneous fee is waived for new students if register and pay tuitions on or before December 30th, 2025. The group-discounted textbook price applies but the one-time registration fee of $25 will not be waived.
4. Students who have enrolled in our school for more than one year can apply one leave of absence from last semester as $25 tuition credit toward Spring 2026 registration. Students who enrolled for one class and studied for more than two years can apply up to two leave of absences as tuition credit ($50). Students who enrolled for two classes can apply up to four leave of absences credit ($100) toward Spring 2026 registration. The school will not refund tuition due to leave of absence.
Registration:
1. Our school is accepting registrations from returning students starting December 10th, 2025. Returning students do not need to fill out registration forms. For those paying tuition fees by check, the payment can be handed directly to the school Manager (Guoxin Liu) at the front desk on the final school day of December 14th. Please write your student’s full English name(s) and registered class(es) on the check. To apply for credit, please turn in a printed screenshot to prove that you have reported the leave of absences in the class Wechat group.
2. Online payment via. Zelle: Please write your student’s English full name(s) and registered class(es) in the note of Zelle payment (must be in accordance with information in your registration form). To apply for credit, please send screenshot(s) of your leave request(s) to the Zelle email below and notify our finance officer, Ms. Yang Fan, for review and approval.
